Kissy Kissy shares the loves with the launch of a new charitable campaign.

Kissy Kissy may be a brand of firsts (It was the first-ever American company to introduce a 100 percent Peruvian pima cotton line to the U.S. kids’ market.), but it’s no stranger to philanthropy. “Kissy Kissy has always been active with charities, offering clothing, fabric and monetary donations to organizations that work with children and moms. It’s at the cornerstone of the company,” says Founder and Owner Roxana Castilo, noting that she even asks her sales reps across the country to donate each season’s samples to their charity of choice rather than sell them. Now the Red Bank, NJ-based brand is taking its charitable endeavors up a notch with the launch of Kissy Cares, a charitable program designed to support moms and babies. “Kissy Cares will allow us to be even more thoughtful about the causes we support and to make consistent donations to them so we can have an even bigger impact in specific areas. Also, we’ve been very quiet about our charitable efforts in the past but we realize that through our fan base, we have a platform to spread the word about how to help those in need,” Castilo notes.

To kick off the new program, Kissy Kissy is hosting “Share the Love,” a social giving campaign that taps into the natural compassion mothers feel towards all children. For every “like” the official “Share the Love” post receives on the brand’s Facebook page and its Instagram feed from Sept. 16-Oct. 15, the company will donate $5 in clothing to Early Head Start through K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers up to a total of $75,000. “Kissy Kissy has always stood for providing babies with ‘life’s little necessities’ as our tagline says. Chief among these necessities is love and security,” Castilo adds. “Moms have no shortage of love, and by donating to charity, we’re contributing to babies’ well-being by helping mothers meet their most basic needs. This allows moms to focus on bonding and caring for their new arrivals.”
