At its Holiday/Resort 2009 LA Fashion Market, which began on Friday and runs through tomorrow, the California Market Center (CMC) has launched LA Kids Market on Kids on 6 (www.kidson6.com), a new “show within a show” featuring the expansive children’s and maternity products available in its showrooms. Buyers are welcome to visit floors 6A and 6B, where the LA Kids Market will offer increased amenities and services to help buyers navigate more than 600 apparel, accessories and lifestyle brands.

“The launch of the LA Kids Market will bring increased awareness to Kids on 6, and the amount of kids and maternity resources at the CMC,” says Joanne Lee, CMC senior vice president. “Buyers have a one-stop-shop opportunity for the best kids and maternity products available that they can’t find anywhere else.” The LA Fashion Market will also feature hospitality, perks, amenities and a seminar presented by Focal Technology Solutions for buyers to take part. In addition, the CMC’s FOCUS Apparel & Accessories Show will be taking place Aug. 7–9 and the TRANSIT LA Shoe Show will be held Aug. 9–10. Visit www.californiamarketcenter.com.
