Baby Jogger Recalls Car Seat Adaptors for Strollers Due to Fall Hazard

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Baby Jogger LLC of Richmond, VA, have issued a voluntary recall of car seat adaptors for its strollers. The recall affects about 23,700 adaptors in the U.S. and 6,500 in Canada. The adaptors come in three models and are used to secure a variety of infant car seats onto Baby Jogger strollers. The company has received 47 reports of the car seat adaptor support bars failing and car seats falling to the floor, including two injured infants with bruises to the head and toes.
