Small Businesses Optimistic About Holiday Sales Outlook

Small business owners expect to see a boost in holiday sales this year compared to last year, according to a survey conducted by Kabbage, an online provider of working capital. The survey found that 41 percent of small business owners expect a stronger holiday season this year, and 65 percent of companies expect to borrow more working capital in 2013 versus 2012, based on the expectation of stronger sales or a more optimistic outlook about the economy in general.
