GlobalTex Announces New Trend Forecasting Partner

Market Center Management Company (MCMC), which oversees wholesale trade centers and trade events around the world, has named Mudpie as the official trend service for the GlobalTex: LA International Textile & Sourcing Fair which will run April 28–30 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Mudpie will lead the GlobalStyle trend displays throughout the show.

In addition, Mudpie’s West Coast agent Chris Brandt will conduct seminars during the show discussing factors impacting fashion for Spring 2010. The presentations will include trends of inspirational garments, prints, graphics and color. The Children’s Trend Focus will take place Wed., April 29 at 10 a.m. in the Seminar Suite (South Hall, Hall G) and touch on global fashion forecasts for the baby, children’s and junior markets.
