Plano, Texas-based JCPenney recently promoted three members of its senior merchandising team. Jeffrey Allison, Steven Lawrence and Elizabeth Sweney have all been advanced to the roles of executive vice president and senior general merchandise manager. Lawrence will be leading the children’s merchandising division.
