Delivering Good To Raise $2 Million at 2020 Gala

Delivering Good is aiming to raise $2 million at its Annual Gala this year. That would allow the organization to deliver over $2 billion in donations of new clothing and essentials for people impacted by natural disaster, poverty and COVID-19 around the world. 

Due to health and safety concerns related to the pandemic, Delivering Good’s 2020 gala will be a semi-virtual event on November 4. It will be streamed from the Empire State Building, where Ken Downing will serve as emcee along with special guest Whoopi Goldberg.

Some of the fashion and retail industry’s leading philanthropists to be honored this year include:

• Lifetime Achievement Award: Terry Lundgren, Chairman and CEO, Retired, Macy’s
• Vanguard Award: Michael Kors, Chief Creative Officer, Michael Kors
• Impact Award: American Eagle Outfitters
• Women of Inspiration Award: Angela Chan, Global President and Managing Director, Chargeurs*PCC Fashion Technologies; and Amanda and Karen Zuckerman, Co-Founders, Dormify
