K.I.D.S. and Fashion Delivers Raise $1.4 million

Two organizations, Kids in Distressed Situations (K.I.D.S.) and Fashion Delivers, committed to empowering children and families in need by offering new, unused clothing, teamed up for a fundraising gala on Nov. 6. The event, hosted by Vivica A. Fox, raised $1.4 million in addition to several hundred thousand dollars in item donations. In addition to celebrating K.I.D.S. and Fashion Delivers’ growing partnership and donations, the gala also honored Brendan Hoffman, president and chief executive officer of The Bon-Ton Stores, Peter Comisar, vice chairman, investment banking, at Guggenheim Partners, Robert Campbell, chairman and chief executive officer of BBC International and Designer and Television Personality, Daisy Fuentes, for their support of the organizations.
