DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Consumer Products are partnering with Target for an exclusive summer collection featuring the Justice League. The line is co-created by both the retailer and studio, and its designs center on new comic book series DC Comics-The New 52, which features updated versions of favorite superheroes Aquaman, Batman, Cyborg, The Flash, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman and Superman.

The collection will hit shelves in the U.S. on May 19 and will include various products in the home, stationery, lawn and garden and sporting goods categories. Wonder Woman dinnerware, a Batman apron and sand toys to help kids build their own Gotham City are also some products that will be available in the roll out. Target and Warner Bros. Consumer Products plan to expand their partnership to bring more items from the traditional Justice League into the retailer in the future, including Justice League Halloween costumes.  “DC Comics’ Justice League characters are a powerful assemblage of the most recognizable Super Heroes in the history of comic books,” says Brad Globe, president of Warner Bros. Consumer Products. “We are incredibly excited to offer fans of all ages a unique collection and collaboration that pairs the heroics of the Justice League characters with the product design and marketing super powers of Target.”
