Blue Ivy Carter accompanied mom Beyoncé and dad Jay-Z to celebrate the wedding of friends Lawrence Parker and Jessica Clemons over the weekend in New Orleans. Blue was almost as dazzling as the bride in a Mischka Aoki “Eternal Beauty” dress, complete with hand sewn crystals and pleated silk skirt.

Blue got a chance to shake her ruffles after the wedding, dancing with her dad. In an Instagram video shared by the brand, Blue can be heard cheering in delight.
