JJ Cole Collections, a Logan, Utah-based manufacturer of parenting products, has acquired Fleurville, an eco-friendly diaper bag company. “Fleurville has a fantastic brand, history and reputation of quality bags,” JJ Cole CEO Jeremy White said. “Through the acquisition of Fleurville, JJ Cole will be able to execute a multi-brand strategy to provide our customers with a wider product offering.”

JJ Cole plans to continue sales of Fleurville’s entire product range, which includes the well received, PVC-free Mothership, Sling Tote and Lexie Tote.
