Tweens are the focus for Pazitos' new Picaroz collection, which launches for fall. The new line, which is designed with budding fashionistas in mind, includes leopard, zebra or plaid vulcanized boots or Mary Janes; patent leather pull-on boots with tassel details; studded ankle booties; bejeweled ballet flats; and casually laidback desert boots. The Tahoe boot is already gaining traction thanks to its combination of patent leather, gold shoe laces and tennis-shoe soles. Available in European sizes 22 to 39, the collection wholesales for $19 to $25.
